Our Story Founded by CEO & Founder Brianne West in her kitchen in 2012, Ethique began with the experimentation of solid shampoo bars. Since then, we have expanded our range to offer over 100 products to our customers.

Our Products We specialize in creating conscious and concentrated haircare, skincare, body care, and more to make the transition away from plastic bottles easier for our customers. All of our products are 100% plastic-free, certified vegan, cruelty-free, and palm-oil free. Additionally, our packaging is also 100% plastic-free.

Our Mission Ethique is dedicated to revolutionizing the cosmetics industry and making a positive impact on our planet through sustainable business practices. Our goal is to eliminate single-use plastic bottles from our world, and we are proud to have saved over 20+ million plastic bottles from being produced or ending up in landfills, conserved over 3 million gallons of water, and planted over 350,000 trees as of 2021. We see this as just the beginning of our journey.

Regeneration Our commitment to sustainability extends to our product design. Small changes in product size and weight can lead to significant reductions in carbon emissions. This is why we created Compact by Design, an initiative that identifies products with more efficient designs, requiring less packaging and becoming more efficient to ship. This approach has allowed us to make a meaningful impact on our carbon footprint.

Product Description One of our products that embodies our commitment to sustainability is the Unscented Conditioner Bar, In The Buff. This bar offers a gentle formulation utilizing cocoa butter, babassu oil, and THC-free hemp seed oil, perfect for sensitive scalps and noses.

Each Ethique conditioner bar lasts at least 120 washes, which is equivalent to five bottles of liquid conditioner, providing both economic and environmental benefits.

In addition, our packaging is recyclable and home-compostable, reflecting our ethical and sustainable ingredient sourcing practices. We are proud to say that our products are vegan, cruelty-free, palm oil-free, paraben-free, and made from renewable ingredients sourced from producers who are paid a fair wage. These values are at the core of what we do at Ethique.
